This website is operated by Australian Roadside Services Pty Ltd, trading as Quokka Towing (ABN 57 684 268 684). We arrange towing rather than carrying it out: when you send an enquiry we pass it to an independent towing operator who can do the job.

That means the main thing this policy has to tell you is who your details go to, and it is set out in section 4. The rest explains what we collect, what we use it for and what you can ask us to do.

We send your enquiry to an independent towing operator. That is the point of the enquiry: an operator cannot ring you back about your vehicle without your name, your phone number, where the vehicle is and what it is. So when you send an enquiry, those details go to an operator who can take the job.

We do not engage that operator on your behalf and we are not a party to the work. Once your details reach them, they hold your information as their own and handle it under their own privacy policy, and what they do with it is a matter between you and them. If you want to know how a particular operator handles your information, ask them directly.

Apart from that, we may share your information when the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's rights, property or safety.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anybody.
