Breakdown in Bertram – 45-Minute Response
Operator: James
- Fair Price
- Fast Response
This customer broke down in Bertram and needed to get the vehicle home.
They gave us a call, we gave them a fair and reasonable price and James was able to get there within about 45 minutes.
The vehicle was collected and the customer was happy with the service and able to organise the next step with the mechanic.
Again, nothing complicated about the way we approach it: give people a proper price, give them a realistic timeframe and then turn up and do the job.
