Breakdown on Thomas Road – Kwinana
Operator: James
- After Hours
- Fast Response
The customer had broken down around Thomas Road in the Kwinana area and was having an absolute nightmare trying to get a tow truck.
He gave us a call, we answered straight away and gave him a realistic ETA.
Rather than telling him what he wanted to hear and then leaving him waiting, we told him when we could actually be there. He was happy with that, waited for us and we got the job sorted.
The customer ended up leaving us a great review afterwards.
That's something we're pretty big on. If we're 30 minutes away, we'll tell you 30 minutes. If we're going to be longer, we'll tell you that too.

Questions to Ask Before You Book a Tow
A towing company should be able to answer all of these on the first call, before a truck is sent.
- Who is coming, and how long until they get to you?
- What type of tow truck will be used?
- How is the price worked out?
- Are you insured?
