Quokka Towing

  • Fair Price
  • Lift Home

There's never really a good time for your car to break down, but Friday afternoon after a long week at work is definitely up there with the worst.

This customer broke down in Como and had been overquoted elsewhere before getting onto us.

We gave them what we thought was a fair and reasonable price, got out there and got the vehicle sorted. More importantly, we managed to get the customer home before 6pm so they could still get on with their Friday night and enjoy the weekend.

That's the sort of thing we try to think about. The car matters, obviously, but there's also a person standing there whose plans have just been thrown out.

“Super friendly, quick response and friendly price for the tow”

What to Do After the Tow

Once the car is off the road, have a mechanic find out exactly what caused the breakdown, and ask for it in writing.

If your insurance covers towing, tell your insurer early and keep the tow invoice and any photos you took.
