A father and his son ran into car trouble while travelling along the Kwinana Freeway around the Baldivis area.
They needed someone to get out to them, so Brendan got onto the job and was there within roughly 30 minutes to an hour.
The vehicle was collected, transported and later unloaded without any damage, and the customer and his son were able to get home.
When you've got a kid with you and you're stuck on the freeway, you don't want to spend the next few hours ringing around wondering whether someone's actually coming. The priority is getting there, getting everyone safe and getting the vehicle home without creating another problem.

“My boy & I ran in to a bit of car trouble on a late night run down the freeway. Brendan re-arranged his Saturday night to pick us up and get us back home safely & as quickly as possible. I was really impressed with his care & attention to detail when loading and strapping down my car. If You Break Down on the Freeway
The first few minutes matter most when traffic is moving fast beside you.
- Put your hazard lights on and pull as far left as you safely can.
- If traffic is moving fast, stay in the car with your seatbelt on.
- If you do get out, use the side away from the traffic and wait behind a barrier, with children kept well back from the road.
- When you call, give the nearest exit or landmark and the car's make, model and colour.
