The customer's car wouldn't start and he needed to get to work.
Rather than having him lose an entire day's work trying to sort the car out, James collected the vehicle and dropped it off at the customer's local mechanic.
We then made sure the customer got home as well.
It's a pretty straightforward job from our end, but for the customer it meant getting the car where it needed to go without the breakdown taking over the rest of his day.
